Thank you for shopping with Homeducts. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders are processed, when you will be charged, estimated delivery timelines, cancellations, refunds, and other important information. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is available for immediate shipment. Products offered as pre-orders are identified on their respective product pages with a clear "Pre-Order" notice.

Pre-order products may be awaiting manufacturing, restocking, or arrival at our fulfillment facilities before they can be shipped.


Payment

Payment is collected in full at the time your pre-order is placed.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your pre-order has been received.

Your payment secures your reservation for the product but does not guarantee a specific delivery date.


Estimated Shipping Dates

Any shipping or availability dates displayed on our website are estimates only.

Although we strive to meet all estimated shipping dates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Order Processing

Pre-orders are processed in the order they are received.

Once inventory becomes available, your order will enter our fulfillment process and will be prepared for shipment.

Processing generally requires 1–3 business days before the package is handed to the shipping carrier.


Shipping

After your pre-order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Actual delivery times depend on:

  • Your delivery destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Carrier performance

  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)

Shipping estimates begin only after your order has been dispatched.


Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your purchase includes both pre-order products and products currently in stock, we may:

  • Ship the entire order once all items become available; or

  • Ship available items separately if operationally feasible.

Separate shipments may result in additional shipping charges where applicable.


Changes to Estimated Availability

Estimated release dates may change without prior notice.

If the manufacturer or supplier changes production schedules or product availability, shipping dates may be adjusted accordingly.

Images shown on pre-order product pages are for illustrative purposes only.

Final products may differ slightly due to:

Pricing

The price charged at checkout is the price applicable at the time your pre-order is placed.

Future price increases or promotional discounts generally do not apply to previously placed pre-orders unless required by applicable law.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If you need to update your shipping information before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before shipment.

Cancellation requests should be submitted promptly by contacting our customer support team.

If the order has already entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may not be possible.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


Refunds

If a pre-order is successfully cancelled before shipment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After delivery, refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution and typically require several business days after approval.


Unavailable Products

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order because the product has been discontinued or cannot be supplied, we will notify you promptly.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.


Limitation of Liability

Homeducts is not responsible for delays resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, manufacturing interruptions, transportation disruptions, customs processing, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify this Pre-Order Policy at any time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or business practices.

The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order unless otherwise required by law.
